How to use the rewards catalogue? Login to remitrewards.eber.co and click on the ‘E-vouchers Catalogue’ to see a list of exclusive rewards for your selection, choose among our popular categories such as Dinning or Shopping vouchers from well-known establishments in Singapore. How do I earn points? Every time you remit with CYS Global Remit, you will earn points. Accumulate the points to redeem exciting rewards from our online merchandisers.
Do my points expire? Yes, reward points are valid up to 3 years from the date of transaction. Expired points will not be extended or reinstated.
Are my points transferable? No, points are not transferable, not even among affiliated companies or related persons.
How do I check my point balance? Login to remitrewards.eber.co and you will be able to track your point balance. Do note that points may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account. How do I sign up? When you become a CYS Global Remit account holder, you will receive a welcome email with your Customer ID in it. Login to remitrewards.eber.co and sign up as a Remit Rewards member using your Customer ID. A confirmation email will be sent to you once signing up is successful.
When is my membership activated? Immediately upon successful signing up.
Is there any membership fee? No, membership is free.
Will my membership get terminated? No, unless you close your account with CYS Global Remit. In such event, your outstanding points will be forfeited without any compensation.
Must I have an email address? Yes, because all our news, promotions, special offers, updates, invitations to events, and more importantly, redemption information and monthly transaction reports will be sent via email to our Remit Rewards members. How do I redeem my points? Login to remitrewards.eber.co and click on ‘E-vouchers Catalogue’, browse through the selections and choose the reward item of your choice. Before redeeming, please check details of the item including the terms and conditions about the rewards.
What can I redeem? We have a variety of exciting offerings waiting for you. You may choose from a selection of shopping or dinning vouchers, or choose credit points from our ever popular e-commerce operators.
When will I receive my redemption? You will receive an email confirmation with the redemption QR code for the rewards of your choice. Simply visit the rewards merchant directly and present the QR code for redemption.
Can I cancel or change my redemption? Sorry, no cancellation or changes are allowed once the redemption is completed except where the reward item is not available or invalid, CYS Global Remit Pte Ltd shall reserve the rights to exchange for other item or cancel the redemption. How do I cancel my membership? To cancel your membership, please inform us in writing to enquiry@cys.com.sg. Please take note that all your personal details will be deleted from our system and you will no longer be able to use your balance points.
Can I see my redemption history? Yes, a monthly Transaction History Report will be sent to your email address. You will be able to track your redemption history as well. |
